This notice explains the workbook feedback form. It supplements the website’s existing privacy and scope information. Last updated October 22, 2026.

Who receives your feedback

Kelsey Leinweber manages Focus Fire Flow and uses workbook feedback to understand readers’ experiences and improve the workbook and its resources. Contact: kelsey@focusfireflow.com.

What is collected and where it is stored

On the live website, the feedback form uses Netlify Forms. Your submitted answers, any optional name or email, your contact and sharing permission selections and the version of that permission wording are sent to Netlify and stored with the site’s form submissions. Netlify also processes technical information, such as connection information and submission metadata, for hosting and spam prevention.

You may leave your name and email blank. This does not make the submission fully anonymous to the hosting provider. Please do not submit medical records, diagnosis details or private information about other people.

Who can access it and how it is used

Kelsey can review submissions through the Netlify account. Anyone granted access to those submissions through that account may also be able to view them. Netlify processes the information to provide its service. Feedback is not posted publicly by this form.

Your email is used for follow-up only when you select the relevant contact permission. Submitting feedback does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Email permission is separate from sharing permission. If you choose "Yes" under "Can I share this?" in the story section, Kelsey may share that story on the website or in a future book, lightly edited for length or clarity and credited the way you chose (first name or anonymous). If you choose "No" or skip the story, she won't publish your words without asking you first.

Keeping or removing your information

Submissions stay in Netlify until they are removed; this form does not have a scheduled automatic-deletion feature. To request access, correction, removal or withdrawal of contact permission, email kelsey@focusfireflow.com.

Include enough information to locate the submission, such as the approximate date and a short, non-sensitive excerpt. Kelsey will review the request, ask for clarification if needed and arrange removal from the active feedback records and any working copies under her control, as applicable. If you left no identifying details, locating the right record may be difficult. Provider backups or technical records may follow Netlify’s own retention processes.

While reviewing a private preview

The private preview does not send or save feedback. A demonstration thank-you message is labeled as a preview and does not mean a response was received.

Other website services

Fonts load from Fontshare, which may receive standard connection information. The separate mailing-list form has its own opt-in consent. The on-page reflection exercise does not submit its answers to the feedback form.
